With over 15 years of leadership experience within the marketing, retail and EdTech industries, Riki is delighted to bring her expertise to the recruiting field. Riki genuinely enjoys meeting new people and finding unique opportunities to meet the needs of both the clients and candidates. Her approach is personal and candid, thoughtful and organized. Riki earned her degree from California State University, Chico where she was also a member of the women’s basketball team.
Originally from the Sierra Nevada mountains, Riki now lives with her husband and two boys in Marin County. In her spare time, Riki loves watching her boys play baseball, taking her dog for a hike, or discovering a new sunny beach.

Kelly started her career in legal administration before joining a large, global executive search firm where she enjoyed a 16+ year career in a variety of roles from executive assistant to recruiting manager. Kelly’s thoughtful and candid approach combined with her recruiting and administration expertise make her a great partner to our clients and candidates.
Born in the Bay Area and raised in a mountain town in Northern California, Kelly now resides in the Central Valley with her family. Tony and Kelly are avid professional sports fans and recent empty nesters, frequently visiting Joe and Luci in Texas where they are both attending college. At home, Kelly enjoys daily walks with her dog Benjamin and tending to her ever-growing plant collection.

BREE EATON- TALENT PARTNER
Bree brings 13 years of client and team management experience in both marketing and finance. Her strong communication skills and collaborative energy are a natural fit for the recruiting world.
Bree is a UCLA graduate and for the past 10 years, she has dedicated her time to raising her two daughters, Maddie and Harper with her husband, Dave. They love spending time with their dog Murphy in Marin county where they reside. Bree is an active school and community volunteer. She loves to travel, is always on the hunt for vintage finds, and enjoys the outdoors.

Alli is a Southern California native who graduated from San Diego State University with a degree in Public Relations. She started her career in 5-star hospitality and has had a passion for customer service & connecting with people ever since. She also has an extensive administrative support background, and most recently experience as an in-house recruiting coordinator.
Outside of work, Alli loves being a dog mom and taking her terrier-mix Bo for beach walks. She also never passes up a football Sunday, Bravo marathon, or country concert.

Cindy brings over 15 years of experience in advertising sales and marketing in the tech, finance, beauty and fashion industries. She started her career in recruiting and her love of building relationships, and connecting with people has led her back to this world.
Cindy grew up in the Bay Area and graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a degree in Political Science. She lives in Marin with her daughters, Sophie and Lily, and their dog, Archie. She is highly involved with a national mother-daughter philanthropic organization, as well as volunteering in her school community. Most of all, Cindy loves any time spent with her girls traveling, cheering them on at their sporting events, or just hanging out.
